The COMPASS-W project has reached an important milestone: the survey of around 30,000 working people in Germany has been successfully completed!

This represents a decisive step toward empirically and scientifically investigating the equal and non-discriminatory evaluation of work using a large sample size.

The data obtained forms the basis for the next important step: the empirically based development of the Index for Equal Work (IngA). The aim is to create a non-discriminatory and transparent index that enables small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in particular to easily evaluate activities in accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

We would like to thank all participants for their commitment!

Stay tuned: we will provide regular updates on the development of the index and other project milestones here in the blog
